Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Marlene has called Canada home for 36 years and Calgary home for more than two decades. With 21 years in real estate, she brings an international perspective, deep local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people find homes that reflect the way they want to live.

Her path into real estate grew from her background in horticulture and landscape design, fostering a lifelong appreciation for architecture, land, and thoughtful design.

Since joining Engel & Völkers in 2018, Marlene has been recognized among the brokerage’s top producers and earned the distinction of Private Office Advisor. Her achievements include the Chairman’s Award and recognition among the top 10 advisors across the Americas in 2022 and 2023.

Known for her calm approach, honesty, discretion, and attention to detail, Marlene provides thoughtful guidance through every stage of a transaction. As a Certified Green Realtor and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she brings a global perspective and a passion for sustainable, beautifully considered living.

Outside of work, Marlene enjoys family, travel, hiking in the Rockies, and life with her husband and daughters. She is proud to call Calgary home and loves helping others discover what makes this city and its surrounding communities so special.
